Resolutions
To remove a paper jam:
- Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cable
- Remove the jammed paper slowly
- Make sure all jammed paper is removed by opening the scanning unit or access cover
- Make sure that there are no foreign objects in the printer (such as a paper clip) and remove them if necessary
- Make sure that there are no foreign objects in the cassette or rear tray (such as a paper clip) and remove them if necessary
- Make sure supported Media type and size is loaded to the paper source
